Terms & Conditions

Room Rental Timing:

  • Full day: 09:00 – 17:00.
  • Half day: 09:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 17:00.
  • A session for 1 or 2 hours is based on appointment.

The Standard Rental Price Includes the following:

  • Access to the room at the stated hours above.
  • A standard setup with chairs and tables up to max 25 chairs and 8 tables.
  • A flip chart / white board and marker pens.
  • Free flow of drinking water.
  • Coffee or other snacks are available for cash by individual.
  • Clearing and washing of cups, rubbish is personal responsibility.

Optional:

  • Projector and white wall RM100. We have standard VGA connections. Any adapters to your laptop are personal responsibility.
  • Printing of workshop papers, pens etc is for B/W RM0.20 / page/piece. C RM1.20 / page/piece. Please consider a 2 days notice.
  • Snacks can be provided as per prior arrangement with 2 days notice.
  • Active Marketing for the session or workshop by posting on HS Facebook and HS website for RM50. Referral fees apply.
  • Personal marketing to HS Database for RM100 for 2 times WA and 1 Newsletter. Referral fees apply.
  • Preparing of marketing material with graphics and write up provided by the facilitator RM200.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of room booking.
  • Your room booking will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
  • If two parties want to book the same room, the party who is paying first will get the priority for the booking.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

  • For any cancellations received in writing not less than ten (10) days prior to the session or workshop, you will receive 80% of your booking fee.
  • If you prefer to postpone the event not less than ten (10) days prior to the session or workshop, no additional fees apply. Only one time postponement is allowed.
  • Any cancellation ten (10) days or less prior to the session or workshop, your booking fee will be fortified.
  • Any postponement ten (10) days or less prior to the session or workshop, we will charge 10% additional administration fee on your booking.

Referral Policy

  • Participants for sessions and workshops shall be coordinated and managed by the facilitator.
  • If a participant from HS desires to join the session or workshop, a referral fee of 10% applies.

Discounts

  • Discounts are available for consecutive days of rental or long term booking over several sessions or workshops.
  • Discounts are only applicable if its agreed in writing between the facilitator and HS, otherwise above terms and conditions apply.
  • Agreed discounts are not transferable and are only applicable for the specific session or workshop and the named facilitator.
  • All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.
