A Journey for Insights
Family Constellation Courses are designed to offer the knowledge of the systemic approach to those who want to broaden their perspective on life. We are not alone here in this world. We are born into a family and the bond always stays no matter how far we go.
We offer Foundation Course, which can be taken by anyone: beginners and therapists alike, to expand their wisdom about systemic entanglements and hidden dynamics of our family which might have big influence on our life.
The next step would be the Practitioner course. It is for those who finished the foundation course and want to pursue the path to become Family Constellation Facilitator.
We dive deeper into family dynamics and we practice phenomenological approach of systemic work. It is an amazing tool for those who want to help others in their life journey. Systemic work is always evolving and can be blended with any other therapy or healing method.
Bertold Ulsamer once said:
“No wings without the roots” and it is so true. When we are not at peace with our roots: parents, ancestors, country where we come from etc we can’t really fully spread our wings and fly. Once we are at peace with who we are we can live our life to the fullest.

Family Constellation is a unique experiential approach that reveals the hidden family dynamics and unconscious loyalties that can influence our lives across generations.
When these hidden patterns are seen and acknowledged, something remarkable begins to happen.
What has been stuck starts to move, and life begins to flow with greater ease, clarity, and connection.
This Foundation Course is designed for anyone who wishes to better understand themselves, heal family wounds, and experience greater freedom, peace, and belonging.
It is also an excellent foundation for therapists, coaches, counsellors, healers, and helping professionals who wish to integrate systemic understanding into their professional practice.
What to expect:
This is far more than a theory based course.
Throughout the program, you will participate in experiential exercises, guided meditations, systemic rituals, mini constellations, and personal processes that allow the learning to be deeply embodied rather than simply understood.
No previous experience is required. Whether you are beginning your own healing journey or expanding your professional practice, this course offers a safe and supportive space to learn, grow, and transform.
