We are a retreat for the Body, Mind and Soul. Here, you can pamper your body with sound and aroma or nourish your soul through various meditations. You can gain knowledge through personal development workshops and professional certification trainings . Monika Wyss, Systemic Therapist and Founder of HeartSanctuary
The planet Earth, called Gaia, is a special place for people to learn, experience and support each other on their own journeys. Monika was born in Poland and after very challenging childhood she left the country to pursue education abroad. Little she knew that the unresolved trauma from the past will follow her wherever she would go. Not only the childhood but also the intergenerational trauma made itself visible in her new family life with her own children. Looking for healing Monika found Family Constellation work which completely changed her life. Fascinated by the results she started learning and became a family constellation facilitator and offered this work in Malaysia and South-East Asia. Since 15 years she has been helping clients to see the hidden dynamics originated in their families which are still blocking their lives. In 2012 she started to teach Systemic Constellations in Malaysia and thanks to a growing network of facilitators, more clients are gaining access to this amazing work. Monika has vast experience with lots of different approaches from energy healing through NLP to deep trauma work and can offer you a holistic view to your journey. Having a session with Monika may help you to gain a deeper understanding to your current situation and she can support you in healing existing issues and clearing your path forward.
