These Facilitator Terms & Conditions are lined out by and on behalf of HOLISTIC BALANCE SDN BHD & HeartSanctuary  – (“HBSB”).

The Facilitator T&C’s are valid throughout the entire process from point of agreement that the facilitator is accepted in HeartSanctuary until and not less than 2 years after the last facilitator session conducted in HBSB or with HBSB.

General Terms

  • A facilitator may be accepted in HBSB to conduct sessions and workshops by either renting a room and accept the terms & conditions for renting a room or
  • HBSB does not guarantee any number of participants. It is up to the facilitator to conduct the session or workshop even with low turn up.
  • Conduct sessions and workshops with the standard sharing of 30% for HBSB and 70% for the facilitator.
  • The standard sharing is based on the full session or workshop revenue without any deduction.
  • HBSB does not provide travelling, housing or F&B for the facilitator.

HBSB Share (30%) Includes the following:

  • The room for the session or workshop inclusive setting up of the seating up to 25 chairs and 8 tables.
  • Access to the room at the normal hours from 09:00 to 17:00 except otherwise agreed.
  • Publishing of the event on HS Facebook and Website and active marketing to potential Clients joining the session or workshops though the HBSB database.
  • Refreshments for the breaks and Free flow of drinking water.
  • A flip chart / white board and marker pens.
  • Coffee is available for cash by individual.

NOT INCLUDED

Projector, sound systems or other supporting tools are not included in the standard energy exchange.

Facilitator Share (70%) Includes the following:

  • Deliver a session or workshop according to the advertised content and in alignment to the SANCTUARY RULES and CENTRE ENERGY YINYANG.
  • To bring the necessary documents and handouts (if necessary) for the registered amount of Clients.
  • To keep the session or workshop timing as per agreed time limits to avoid disappointments for other scheduled activities in HBSB and also by the participants.
  • For any special request to provide enough notice before the session or the workshop to HBSB to arrange for optional provisions at a specific cost.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the beginning of the session or workshop.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

  • For any cancellations received in writing not less than ten (10) days prior to the session or workshop, an administration fee of RM300 applies to be furnished by the facilitator.
  • If you prefer to postpone the event not less than ten (10) days prior to the session or workshop, no additional fees apply. Only one time postponement is allowed.
  • Any cancellation ten (10) days or less prior to the session or workshop, an administration fee of RM500 applies to be furnished by the facilitator.
  • Any postponement ten (10) days or less prior to the session or workshop, an administration fee of RM300 applies to be furnished by the facilitator.

Discounts

  • Discounts are only applicable if its agreed in writing between the facilitator and HS, otherwise above terms and conditions apply.
  • Agreed discounts are not transferable and are only applicable for the specific session or workshop and the named facilitator.
  • All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

CENTRE ENERGY YINYANG:

Keeping balance of energies is of utmost importance for our HEARTSANCTUARY as a  holistic centre. Doing work in HEARTSANCTUARY requires all guests and facilitators to keep that balance. The following points will help us:

  • HEARTSANCTUARY mission is to help people to grow and increase the individual awareness by inspiring words, teachings, courses, workshops and holistic products.
  • Facilitators are in HEARTSANCTUARY to conduct their field of expertise and keep the balance with other practises and facilitators.
  • Sessions and workshops have to start on time and the facilitator has to be prepared and ready.
  • The facilitator shall respect and see to preserve the autonomy and dignity of each person.
  • The facilitator shall practise and serve in ways that cultivates awareness, empathy and wisdom.
  • In HEARTSANCTUARY a kitchen of snacks, free flow water, coffee and tea is available. This is to keep participants and facilitators refreshed during a workshop. However, special snacks for breaks shall be arranged by the facilitator or for an energy exchange delegated to HEARTSANCTUARY.
  • Marketing by HEARTSANCTUARY is done by monthly newsletters and weekly WhatsApp message to announce the upcoming events which are also published on the HEARTSANCTUARY Facebook page. However, HEARTSANCTUARY has no obligation for filling up classes. HEARTSANCTUARY reserves the rights for referral fees participants joining classes from the HS Database.
