A personal healing process

The biggest difference between one-to-one FC session and FC workshop is that in a private session we don’t have representatives who give us feedback how they feel. Instead of that we work with dolls and floor anchors which still give us very clear picture of the underlying family dynamics that might be disturbing the flow of love in the family system. During the constellation the client is pretty much involved in the process of resolution which can be a very deep and healing experience. Private session is usually for people who like privacy and don’t like to share their issues in the group. One session is around 90 min and sometimes that’s all that’s needed for a client to gain a new perspective and insights about their situation and a clarity to move forward.
